Proposed Solution: Food Installations
In the proposal of a viable solution to forestall an apocalypse in today’s retail landscape, Nosh Studios presents a new formula that encompasses food as a social medium that aims to increase appreciation in brick-and-mortar experience.
Through the stimulation of alimentary pleasure, the design will provide bespoke eating experiences by curating multi-sensory food installations, inspired by the Singapore food culture, as an artistic medium and a tool for communication. This seeks to transcend all preconceived expectations of the brick-and-mortar experience and entice customers to walk into stores by piquing into their curiosities.

With less emphasis placed on shopping and more on entertainment, hospitality and community, Nosh Studios hopes to turn Singaporean millennial shoppers into fanatical, lifelong converts and advocate for the brand by embracing communal experiences and promoting social engagement that cannot be recreated online, resulting in an intimate and memorable encounter.
