Nosh Studios is a Singapore-based food studio specialised in conceptual food installations for art, design and fashion events. It aims to create multi-sensory experiences that encourage interactive engagement and communication between food and people through the stimulation of alimentary pleasure.

Primary Target Audience

​

Brands, with existing brick-and-mortar stores, who are looking to break away from conventional food catering services with bespoke, experiential food installations to raise brand awareness, redirect foot traffic, and increase engagement with consumers. They should be affiliated with the art, design and/or fashion industry and see effectiveness in using food as an artistic medium and a tool for communication to attract potential customers and inspire long-term loyalty.

Secondary Target Audience

​

Singaporean millennials between the ages of 21 and 30. By 2020, they will occupy a huge demographic cohort and much of the retail economy will hinge on their participation in it. This ‘foodie generation’ consists of gastronomic ‘prosumers’ who buy niche products as a metaphor of social status. Socially-driven, their contribution to daily activities on social media will be of significant benefit by raising awareness of the brand, which will then bring foot traffic back into physical retail stores.
